Cancellation Policy
Due to the high volume of site checks we receive, we no require a $52 pre-paid, non-refundable deposit to weed out those who are not yet ready or serious about purchasing a building. This deposit must be paid before us providing a site check. In the event you do purchase a building, $50 of the $52 dollars will go towards the cost of the building with the remaining $2 used to pay the credit card processing fee.
